Introduction to the Collection

The oral history interview of Margaret Bonz is comprised of audiocassette recordings and an indexed transcript of the recordings. The interview was conducted by Mary Donin during October 2002. The entire interview runs for approximately four hours and covers her work creating the first personnel grievance procedures and the first salary equity review for the college as affirmative action officer of the college. The interview also covers her work with women and minorities, both faculty and students.
