Contains catalogues for which the illustrations were done by Dahl and Sinnott, including a 1931 edition of "Laboratory Apparatus and Reagents" by the Arthur H. Thomas Company in Philadelphia and a 1950 supplement to the text; a number of Winchester Firearms catalogs; a miscellaneous hardware catalog; Millers Falls Tools 1949 catalog; Stevens Firearms catalog; "The Century War Book"; "Civil War in Pictures." Also contains scientific instruments for the engraving of machine parts and tools, including ones that are used to grain wooden gun stocks.

Contains "Modern Painters Volume IV"; a German language pamphlet about New Britain Connecticut (1906); Chalmers Motor Cars Catalog from 1913; small prints from woodcuts; sample wood engravings from Dahl & Sinnott; a catalog containing samples of Dahl & Sinnott's wood engravings; testimonial letters about Dahl & Sinnott; copies of Dill & Collins Co.'s "Examples of the Work of Leading Engravers"; four printings from wood engravings done by August Zimmermann, an engraver at Dahl & Sinnott's; a 1947 edition of "Specimen Illustrations", as well as "Unique and Superior Illustrations", both by Dahl & Sinnott's; Dahl & Sinnot stationary; correspondence and original wood engravings from Robert Nisbet and Ethelbert Moore; some polishing paper used in making woodcuts; a copy of "Message of the President of the United States and Accompanying Documents to the Two Houses of Congress at the Commencement of the Second Session of the Fortieth Congress (Part I); embossers and other engraving tools; a Dahl & Sinnott ruler; and at least three dozen small engraving woodblocks.
