Abstract:

Tatiana Ruzicka (1915-1995), daughter of Rudolph Ruzicka, and artist. The papers consist of architectural blueprints, sketches, greeting cards she designed, postcards, notes, framed paintings, drawings, some financial and legal documents, passports, personal correspondence, letters and notes in Czech and English, photo albums, and slides with slide carousels.

Introduction to the Collection

The papers of Tatiana Ruzicka contain architectural blueprints, sketches, greeting cards she designed, postcards, notes, framed paintings, drawings, some financial and legal documents, passports, correspondence and notes in English and Czech, photo albums, and slides with slide carousels.

Biography

Tatiana Ruzicka was born in 1915. She was the daughter of Rudolph Ruzicka and the sister of Veronica Ruzicka Laing. She graduated from The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry in the 1930s. She was an artist interested in architecture who designed greeting cards. She was also a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority. She lived in Vermont and died in 1995.
