Introduction to the Collection

The papers of Robin Robinson contain documents relating to his tenure as a mathematics professor at both Harvard University and Dartmouth College. These include lecture notes on various mathematical topics, as well as articles written by himself and other members of his field including John Kemeny. The majority of the collection, however, chronicles Robinson's great love of music, containing hundreds of programs from various operas and other musical performances, scripts from his WDCR radio shows "The Opera Showcase," "A Little Night Music," "Your Concert Hall," and "The World's Finest Music," and an extensive index card catalogue of his music collection.
