Contains documents relating to the Early Sites Foundation, including correspondence, pamphlets, photographs, newsletters, newspaper clippings, memos, discovery and excavation reports, the ESF newspaper, and maps. Also included is a collection of 1936 flood photographs; research, writing and clippings on colonial architecture styles; a 1936 Boston Globe; copies of the Art Bulletin and Journal of The American Institute of Architects booklet. Contains other files relating to architecture as well.

Contains a rough copy of Morrison's "History of Art"; a copy of "Early Houses in Norwich, Vermont" (which Morrison edited); the Summer 1958 copy of the "Journal of the Society of Architectural Historians"; notes and course material on Art 47 and Art 57; files relating to special lectures, educational policy, and various architects; and Early Sites Foundation correspondence.

Also contains scrapbooks on Dartmouth events, his retirement, academic trips, reviews for his book "Early American Architecture, and photographs.

Contains personal photographs; two folders with architectural illustrations for his book "Early American Architecture"; correspondence, including letters from a European trip (1926) and letters from Princeton Univ., letters from his father (1923-1933, and ca. 1940s) and mother (1927-1937, 1938-1940). Also contains Morrison's letters from his freshman and sophomore years at Dartmouth.
