Abstract:

Testament of East Chesterfield, NH Constable Andrew Hastings that he has received from Abner Ally one dead adult wolf. Verso includes a receipt for 10 pounds to satisfy the NH General Court's bounty for the wolf. The money was received by Ally from Nicholas Gilman on March 13, 1779. The document is officially canceled by a hole in the paper.
