Series: 1, Personal , 1873-1961

Contains personal correspondence including letters home to Packard's family during World War I. Additional correspondents include Stearns Morse, Lewis Mumford, Nelson Rockefeller and Lucius G. Ross. Also contains WWII era correspondence related to Packard's attempt to secure an Army commission as well as genealogical information related to the Packard/Winchester/Lord family. Photographs and a bound scrapbook with additional letters round out the series.

Contains professional correspondence related to his academic life at Dartmouth College. Of note are letters detailing his role as an organizer of a conference on Modern Art which was held at Dartmouth.
